Corriher Lodge: There is a two night minimum for weekends in January, February, June, July, September, and October. For groups reserving fewer than 60 days in advance the two night minimum can be waived.

Youth Group Package Rates

For every two meals taken per overnight, BRCC will deduct $5.00/person/night from the lodging cost.

Meals

Meals are served in the Leonard Dining Room in Corriher Lodge. All groups, unless they are staying in Calvin Cottage or Cottages A, B, C & D, must use Leonard Dining Room meal service or go off site for meals. Rates are per person.

Individual Day Rate (Commuter Fee)

For day meetings, or individuals age 5+ who are participants in an event but not staying overnight, there is a $6.00 per person per day fee. Price does not include meals. Minimum rates for meeting rooms may apply.

Meeting/Conference Rooms

One meeting room is provided free of charge for overnight groups taking at least 3 meals per two night stay. If available, additional (breakout) rooms for overnight groups cost $50.00 per room per day.

Overnight groups not taking at least 3 meals per two night stay are charged $6.00 per person per day for the use of a meeting room (minimum of $50.00 per day)

Rental Rates for Day Groups: Capacities are estimated for theater-style seating.
