Reservations: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-4:30PM
Guest Services
- Monday-Friday: Guest Services staff are available 8:30-4:30. Staff are also available to assist you during check in times and meal times; please check the sign posted at the Front Desk.
- Weekends: Guest Services staff are available during Friday evening check in, on Saturday from 8:30 A.M. - 7:30 P.M., and Sunday morning from 8:30 A.M.- 10:30 A.M.
- After Hours: If you are a guest and require assistance after hours, the on-call staff person's home phone number is posted at the front desk. If you find that you will be arriving later that you anticipated, please call our office and leave a message to let us know. We check our messages regularly.
Check In Time is 4:00 PM. Room/Cottage check out time is 11:00 AM. The Blowing Rock Conference Center reserves the right to ask that our rooms be vacated by 9:00 A.M.

Parking
- The Cottages A,B,C,D and Calvin have their own parking areas.
- Rowe, Youth Center, and Corriher Lodge guests should use the main parking lot on the east side of Corriher Lodge.
- The Parking lot on the west side of Corriher Lodge, by the Outdoor Chapel, is reserved for Conference Center employees and deliveries.
- Buses should enter up Cottage Lane, not the main entrance, and should park in the Gymnatorium parking lot; please call ahead for instructions.
Miscellaneous
Map of the Grounds
- We are a Smoke Free Facility. Guests who wish to smoke must do so outdoors. As a courtesy to others, please do not smoke near open windows.
- We are not air conditioned. However there is a fan located in each room.
- A telephone is located at the registration desk in Corriher Lodge, accessible 24 hours/day. The phone may be used for local calls, or calling card calls.
- Wireless Internet is available in Corriher lodge in both lobbies, the Conference Room, Gathering Place, and Lower Conference Room.
- Email can be checked on the computer terminal in the Gathering Place in Corriher Lodge.
- The serving of consumption of drugs or alcohol is prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed in the buildings.
- We recommend that you bring a flashlight if you will be traveling between buildings at night.
- Quiet time begins at 11:00 P.M.
Payment
- Payment for your event is due when you arrive, unless your group leader has made arrangements for church/agency/organization to be sent an invoice.
- If your group/organization claims tax exemption, payments must be made with church/agency/organization check or credit card. Visa or Mastercard Only
Messages
- All non-emergency messages will be posted on the bulletin board next to the Reservation Manager's office door. In the case of an emergency all efforts will be made to contact the guest as soon as possible.
Emergencies and Safety Responsibilities
- Your group is responsible for its own first aid, first aid supplies, and emergency care, as well as emergency transportation. 911 services are available to you.
- Group Leaders are responsible for reporting all accidents before leaving. A BRCC staff person will type the group leader's description of what happened and the extent of the injury, and the group leader will sign and date the statement before leaving.
- BRCC will provide a list of emergency phone numbers and hospital locations to each group leader.
- For security purposes (middle of the night emergency phone calls, etc.), and for insurance purposes, we ask that each group provide us in advance of the group's arrival the name of every individual who will be in attendance and which room/building they are staying in. For the same reason, we also ask that each group provide us with a daily schedule.
- Fire extinguishers and smoke detectors are not to be tampered with. Groups will be accessed fees to cover replacement of damage equipment or recharging of extinguishers.
