The Conference Center has wonderful accommodations for your youth group, whether it is large or small, looking for a quiet setting for a confirmation retreat, a fun-filled weekend of adventure, a ski weekend or a large group gathering. On-site recreation offers opportunities such as basketball and volleyball in our gymnasium, a mini-putt golf course, and hiking trails. Our indoor pool is available June to October. There is a large activity field for group games. We have two campfire areas with benches. Or we can provide you with information about rafting, rock climbing, hiking, skiing, and more – all within easy driving distance of the Conference Center.
In addition The Discovery Course is now available on the former Activity Field. Our High Ropes Course, Low Ropes Course activities and indoor climbing walls are available year round for half or full day programs! Our Discovery Course program is facilitated by our partner organization, Blue Ridge Learning Center whose instructors are professional outdoor educators with many years of experience working with people of all ages. BRLC uses active learning to move beyond team bonding to real team learning. Their Team Building programs are designed to be fun, engaging, and relevant to what your team is working on, while developing skills that bring about real change. BRLC offers programs on site using low ropes activities. In addition they offer programs in rock climbing, caving, and environmental education. Please make your reservations in advance.
