“I don’t think the staff could have done a better job – we felt very welcomed and well cared for. Your attitudes were so friendly and helpful and that it seemed there wasn’t anything we could ask that you didn’t find a way to do”. National Non-Profit Organization
Our class of `59 reunion was a great success, and we owe it to the great job of the staff at the Blowing Rock Conference Center. High School Reunion
BRCC is our favorite retreat facility. This is not because of the accommodations, although they are clean and comfortable, nor is it because of the grounds, although they are well kept and beautiful, nor even the reasonable rates. No, it is because of the staff that we wish to return again and again. You have always gone the extra mile to insure that are needs are met and we are well cared for. Through the years we’ve found them all available, consistently friendly, helpful, cheerful and with good attitudes. Non Profit Organization
All of our youth dorms have bunk beds, with most bedrooms containing two sets of beds for four people. All but Calvin Cottage have shared bathrooms connected to the bedroom, and Calvin Cottage has a combination of private and shared bathrooms.Sheets, a blanket, a pillow and pillow case, as well as a towel and washcloth are provided for each guest. These units are older and designed for youth so amenities are limited. Adults and families will most likely prefer Corriher Lodge.
Calvin Cottage can house 24 in bunk beds, 16 in four upstairs bedrooms, and 8 in the lower bedroom. Rollaway beds can be added in these rooms if needed.
